What are we up to?
We are always busy! Most of our rehearsals involve both rehearsing music and planning projects. Here’s a look at what we are currently working on.
Rehearsal Repertoire
We are currently in the process of preparing and polishing our “Heaven and Nature Ring” Christmas concerts, and we are starting to plan a spring 2026 tour! We are also going to be playing at the HMA Area 11 Festival in Loveland, CO, next summer. Stay tuned!
Project Planning
Here are just a few of the projects we are actively planning:
A new CD to be released in 2026 (we hope!)
A tour (generally, heading towards Virginia and hitting many stops along the way) for April 2026
A featured performance for HMA Area 11 in Summer 2026
We are doing a lot of business planning to increase our reach!

DVD Production
Large-scale Workshop/Conference – possibly Summer 2027
Yeah, but what GAMES are we playing?
In addition to rehearsing and planning, we try to make time to play together too! (No, nobody is sponsoring us to write this.)
Campaign-based games we’ve played or are playing together:
Descent: Legends of the Dark (and The Betrayer’s War Expansion)
Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion (Yes, we started with the expansion and only later moved to the base game!)
Other non-campaign-based games we’ve played together include:
Bohnanza (AKA The Bean Game)
Dice Throne (Dice Throne Adventures, using both Seasons 1 and 2, and sometimes Marvel)
Hearts
Multiple games using the JOYO game system
Mahjong (using Taiwanese rules)
Poker (some of us are not good at this game…)
Volcano (a game played with Looney Pyramids)
Gloomhaven
Pandemic
