Merchandise Spotlight:
New Design Merchandise
Merchandise with the design from this concert series, featuring the star cross on the front and the Forté logo on the back, are available here and for order at our sales table at concerts. For purchases in-person at our concerts, we will cover the shipping costs to get your item(s) to you!
This series, we have two colors of short-sleeve t-shirt, one hooded long-sleeve t-shirt, a tote, and two sizes of mugs.
2024 Ornaments
Each year, Jeanne Ekle – Dillon’s mom – crochets a custom ornament just for Forté to make available to our audiences and followers. This year’s beautiful ornament features a cross design on a white bell with shimmering thread, a button “handguard” showing the year of the ornament, and a blue ribbon “handle”. Ornaments are available here.
Clearance T-Shirts
We have been shifting our merchandise to a print-on-demand system and carrying less inventory. We’re in clearance-mode for our original run of t-shirts. These are only FIVE dollars per shirt! All inventory must go! The $5 price includes all applicable sales tax.
The Charcoal Gray t-shirt with Rethink Possible design is available in Small, and we only have a couple left at the time of updating this page – get yours now!
Check out the SHOP to see more merchandise, including the rest of our t-shirts, media, mugs, stickers, and more!
Support Forté
Our goals require constant time and energy year-round, both in and out of rehearsals. Forté is always looking for new music to present, design, film, and record, preparing instructional materials for teaching opportunities, and doing the administrative work involved with running a business, with several projects going at once. Your support allows us to continue doing this!
When you support us for $10+ per month (or $120+ per year), we offer support team t-shirts, automatic entry to giveaways, early access to music videos, and special discounted pricing on t-shirts, media items, and our annual Christmas ornament as our thanks to you!
It’s easy to join the support team, either monthly or pre-paid annually! Just visit this page which provides more information on ways you can support Forté.
You can also use this page to give a one-time gift, if you don't want to join the support team but would like to contribute online instead of by cash/check at our concert.
Equipment Fund
As we pursue our goal of showing as many people as we can what handbells can do, Forté puts a lot of strain on our equipment. In order to do what we do, we regularly use several sets of bells, each of which has been expensive to acquire and maintain, given the amount and intensity of ringing that we do. Will you help keep us ringing? Every donation makes a difference in our ability to maintain our instrument and expand our available resources. Thank you for your generosity!
Adopt a Bell
Our current goal is a duplicate set of the fourth and fifth octaves of bells. The full range costs about $26,000 and you can “adopt” an individual bell within this set today. Individual bells in this range cost between $380 and $3,450 at current pricing. When you adopt a bell, we put a label with your name inside the bell’s handle – we can see the names as we ring and are reminded of the generosity of those who helped us achieve our goals! We realize that especially the larger bells in that range are very expensive for an individual’s contribution, but if you have a group that wants to contribute together, we can label a bell with your group’s name instead. Talk with one of us today (or send us an email) if you have questions!
To Contribute...
Any contribution helps! If you don’t want (or aren’t able) to contribute the full cost of an individual bell, you can still help us achieve our goals! Place your contribution of any amount in the Equipment Fund container at our sales table or visit this page. We periodically gather general Equipment Fund contributions and label a bell with the value of the collected contributions as “Sponsored by Equipment Fund Gifts”.
About Forté
Based in Colorado Springs, Forté is an advanced quartet marked by artistry, energy, and dedication to their craft. They continually challenge themselves to “Rethink Possible,” expanding their musical and performance horizons and adding original compositions and arrangements to their already-challenging repertoire as they strive to explore, innovate, inspire, and glorify God through the gift of music.
Luke Nabeta, the leader and only remaining founding member of Forté, began playing bells in 1996. He works for the USPS, arranges/adapts music for Forté, and loves studying the Bible, photography, and spending time with his wife Serena and their five young children.
Megan Reishus has also been ringing handbells since 1996 but truly found her passion for it in college. Since then, she’s immersed herself in bells and joined Forté promptly upon moving from Minnesota to Colorado in 2011. She works for an accounting firm and owns Sonology Music, and she enjoys sharing treats and snacks with the group.
Dillon Ekle has been ringing since 2013 and joined Forté in 2014. He is the handbell director at his church, is a published handbell arranger, works as a bookkeeper and a music engraver, and has an underutilized degree in linguistics. He loves the Colorado mountains and is glad to live in a place where God’s glory is so tangibly present.
Tory Marting began ringing in 2008 and joined Forté in 2015. After living in Utah for two years, he and his wife Grace moved back home to Colorado. He continues to advance his career as an electrician while spending much of his spare time with family and friends.
